



























Wisconsin back roads are perfect for driving your Corvette the way it was meant to be driven. Our guided tours are designed to give you some of the best of Wisconsin's back roads.
The number of Corvettes in each tour will be limited to 15-18. In addition, some tours will have required fees for samples and tours as indicated in the tour description, as we have done in the past. For planning purposes, we have printed all fees at the tour stops.
Staging for all Corvette Adventures road tours will be in the road adjacent to the registration area 15 minutes before launching. As is our policy, we will launch all tours on time. You will receive a route map of all tours you have signed up for in your welcome packet.
Please also remember that most brewery and winery tours require closed toe shoes. We can’t emphasize this enough. . . every year someone forgets – please don’t be the one. Also, don’t forget to get gas before your tour!!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – TOUR DESCRIPTIONS
“SCENIC” – This will be a relaxed, leisurely drive through the countryside. Take in the scenery and the beauty of the land and enjoy the sights of the countryside driven in a relaxed manner.
“SPIRITED” – These tours are for drivers (and their co-pilot) who are confident in themselves and their cars and who enjoy driving their Corvettes in a more aggressive manner as the opportunity presents itself on a tour. Slower, more cautious drivers should either drive from the back of these tours or limit themselves to “scenic” tours for maximum enjoyment of everyone.

Clearwater Harbor Waterfront Restaurant & Bar is the perfect place for summertime fun. Located in Waupaca, WI, they offer a scenic and vibrant environment where people of all ages can grab a bite to eat, enjoy live music, or simply take in the beauty of the Chain O’ Lakes.
You will also travel on a historical 90-minute narrated boat tour through the crystal-clear Chain O’ Lakes in Waupaca, WI. Your Chain O’ Lakes cruise promises breathtaking scenery, fascinating history, and unforgettable memories.

Tour 3 – 8:40am – Spirited - The Mining & Rollo and the Sportsman’s Club Restaurant
At the Mining & Rollo you will take the 1845 Bevans Lead-Zinc Mine, riding in a 1931 mine train (weather permitting), and discover the local history of the Upper Mississippi Valley Mining District.
Take the one-hour guided tour of the underground mine in the back yard and ride the outdoor mine train.
Place-based exhibits and interpretive programs are located inside the historically significant 1863 Rock School, the 1905 Hanmer Robbins School, the 1845 Bevans Mine, and in beautiful outdoor spaces.
Then travel to the Sportsman’s Lounge in Muscoda for a delightful lunch.

Tour 4 – 9:20am - Scenic - Anchor Bay Bar & Grill, Wisconsin Dairy Cheese and Sunset Point Winery
Anchor Bay overlooking the Wisconsin River was Founded in 2006, Anchor Bay is still owned and operated by a local team and plenty of dedicated employees that will make your time with them something to remember. Their chef and his team are constantly cooking up new ideas to delight your appetite.
Then it’s time to drive to Sunset Point Winery. Sunset Point Winery was established in April of 2014 and opened to the public in July of 2015. They make all Their own wines from locally and globally sourced grapes. This is a family run operation. They have about 30 different types of wine and depending on the season there is at least 17 types of wine at any given time in their tasting room. The building they are in is the old Point Bakery, so it has an element of historical charm to it and has made an excellent venue for them to make their wine as well as sell it. Beyond their wine they also carry local craft beer, as well as snacks.
Wisconsin Dairy State Cheese....what an amazing store! You can watch the cheese curds being made, buy them shortly after being made, still warm and they squeak when eating them. The squeak is like a bouquet of fine wine....the sign of excellence....according to Wisconsin standards.
They have more varieties of cheese than I can count along with fresh butter, Braunschweiger, Summer Sausage and a small ice cream store and more.

Tour 6 – 10:40am – Scenic - Samba Safari - Now this will be fun. We did it in 2026 and the results were overwhelming positive so we are doing it again in 2027. We are going to limit this amazing Safari tour to 15 cars to make sure everyone has the full experience. Look at their web site to see all about this “hands-on” adventures.
Samba Safari is a drive-thru wild-life experience not seen anywhere in Wisconsin. Samba Safari stands out as a haven for those passionate about wildlife. In the serene Wisconsin countryside, this exceptional park provides an unparalleled immersive wildlife experience. After lunch you will stop at Lunch Creek Vinyards. The vineyard was first established in 2009 with three main varieties of cold-hardy grape vines, Marquette, Brianna, and LaCrescent.
The winery was built in 2008, the interior being completed over the next 4 years with the help of family and friends. The decor in the tasting room was designed using reclaimed barn boards from a building that previously stood in the winery's current location.
On the property, they have a large variety of apple, plum, and cherry trees, and several varieties of blueberries, raspberries, rhubarb, and strawberries that will be used in the production of wine.

The Wisconsin Auto Museum in Hartford, WI is more than just old cars -They are Wisconsin’s largest auto museum, featuring an ever-changing display of classic and vintage autos and artifacts plus the largest assembled group of Hartford-built Kissel luxury automobiles.
The Red Moon Restaurant is a casual small-town restaurant and bar just west of Hartford. It is more of a friendly Wisconsin neighborhood place than an upscale restaurant.

Tour 8 – 11:20am - Scenic - Bobbers Island Grill, Baraboo Candy, Hidden Valley Mushroom
This is a short distance tour with all of the stops close to Chula Vista Resort.
For lunch, Bobbers Island Grill is a casual, tropica-themed restaurant at the outskirts of Wisconsin Dells with a big outdoor patio. The menu is broad, but its most distinctive food have an island/Jamaican influence.
Baraboo Candy is a chocolate factory making candy in Baraboo since 1981. It is best known as the home of the Original CowPie.
Then finally you will travel to Hidden Valley Mushrooms is a small family owned and operated mushroom and they have be producing mushrooms since 1992 and is certified organic. This is a close and personal tour which we are sure you will enjoy.

The Ducks - Thursday – 5:00pm – You will be picked up and delivered back to Chula Vista Resort. On your Duck, you will trave the scenic trails of Wisconsin Dells, a cruise down the Wisconsin River and a splashdown into Lake Delton – all aboard one vehicle. Original Wisconsin Ducks provide unique land and water adventures for visitors from early spring through fall. The amphibious Ducks remain a family favorite, traversing wilderness trails and making two water splashdowns, including an up-close look at the Dells’ famous sandstone cliffs that line the riverbanks. The price of the Ducks will be $106.00 couples and $53.00, payable upon registration.

Tour 9 – Spirited – 7:30am - Once again back by popular demand - Packer Country, Lambeau Field, the Hall of Fame & 1919 Kitchen & Tap
Brought back by popular demand. This Lambeau Field Stadium tour allows fans to experience the Packers' history-rich facility first-hand and see several behind-the-scenes areas. The Stadium tour will begin in the atrium and include: go to a private suite, go to field level and walk thru the players tunnel, visit areas in the west side of the stadium including the Press Box, visit the visiting team locker room, visit the Lambeau Field South End Zone and see some of the stadium’s premium levels and see the best views of Lambeau Field. During the tour you will learn all about the incredible history of the Green Bay Packers.
You will also have outstanding photo opportunities availing themselves throughout the tour.
Lunch will be after the Lambeau Field tour at the legendary 1919 Kitchen & Tap, named for 1919 when the Packers organized by Earl “Curly” Lambeau and George Whitney Calhoun over the course of two meetings in editorial rooms of the old Green Bay Press-Gazette. The location of the 1919 is in Lambeau Field, 1st Floor Atrium and features a menu lineup with classics like cheese curds and surprises like pork belly tacos. With an emphasis on locally sourced food, open kitchen, sharable-sized plates and a commitment to preparing food from scratch — even the pickles are made in-house and is a new fan favorite.
Following lunch, you will have time on your own to visit The Hall of Fame, which opened its doors to the public in 2015 and provides guests of Lambeau Field with an innovative approach to exploring the history of the Green Bay Packers. Tour 10 – 7:50 AM- Scenic – You will be going east to the area of Cashton, WI. You will see lots of Amish people and businesses around the town of Cashton, WI You will visit Mishler’s County Store, lunch at the Giddy Up Bar and Grill, Pleasant View Bakery and Kingston Creamery to name a few. Bring cash as most places will not take credit cards.

Tour 11- Spirited, 8:10am - Wild Rose Fish Hachery, The Ding Tavern and Pine River Winery
Your first stop will be Wild Rose Fish Hatchery has been operating for more that a century and is one of Wisconsin’ major hatcheries, raising trout, salmon, musky, walleye and lake sturgeor for stocking waters around the state. They produce more trout and salmon than any other Wisconsin hatchery.
Lunch will be at the Ding Tavern. It is a classic small-town Wisconsin tavern/bar-and-grill in the Wild Rose area.
Pine River Winery is a small family-owned country winery. It was established in 2008 on about five acres, so it feels more like a quiet rural discovery. They make many wines from locally sourced fruit.

Tour 12 - 8:40am - Scenic – New Chester Milk Source Dairy Farm, Longbranch Saloon and Lunch Creek Vineyards & Winery
Last year the tour went to a different location, and it is 100 miles shorter than the 2026 tour.
This is an amazing first stop. At this dairy farm you will see an operation that milks 5,000 cows three times a day. No words can describe this operation – a must-see visit!
You will travel to the New Chester Milk Source Dairy Farm, in Grand Marsh. Milk Source was founded in 1994 by 3 couples — each from multi-generational Wisconsin farm families — and traces its roots back to 1965 when a small 30-cow dairy farm was started in Freedom.
Milk Source operates quality dairies in Wisconsin and the Midwest, producing milk that is used to make cheese, butter and other dairy products.
For lunch you will travel to the Longbranch Saloon.
On the way back to Chula Vista Resort you will stop at Lunch Creek Vineyards & Winery that is a locally owned business. The decor in the tasting room was designed using reclaimed barn boards from a building that previously stood in the winery's current location.

New Glarus Brewery is one of Wisconsin’s best-known craft breweries in the Swiss-themed village of New Glarus. It is especially famous for Spotted Cow and its beers are intentionally sold only in Wisconsin.
Lunch will be at Glarner Stube Restaurant which has authentic Swiss specialties.
You will then have time to browse the Swiss-themed shops, bakeries and gift stores and chalet-style building before heading back to Chula Vista
Resort.
This route is simply to get you down to the New Glarus area and back the same route with a final stop at Dells Raceway Park

Tumbled Rock Brewery and Kitchen is a large attractive brewpub and full-serve restaurant just outside Baraboo. The food is cut above typical bar food. In addition, the brewery offers its own rotating craft beers with and outdoor large patio.
On the way back to the Resort, you will stop at Carr Valley Cheese in LaValle to sample and purchase freshly made cheeses.

Tour 17 – 10:20am - Scenic - Just a fun scenic drive around Mason Lake and Buffalo Lake to Oyster Crackers Restaurant and then to see the Granit Falls in Montello, WI.
Oyster Crackers Restaurant is right in Montell, WI and it is a very casual downtown lunch spot known especially for homemade soups, sandwiches, salads and desserts.
Then you will walk to Granite Falls which is the site of the historic Montello Granite Company quarry. The old quarry is filled with water and several waterfalls spill over the striking pink and reddish granite cliffs into the quarry pool.

This will be a wonderful 1-hour, 55-mile round trip train tour. You will ride in coaches that about a century old. The train travels to Quartzite Lake and then returns. There will be additional time to see their museum which contains more than 40 historic railroad cars and locomotives.
Barabooo Burger is a locally owned sports bar and grill right on the downtown square in Baraboo, WI.
